[Hot Tech News] Sandbox program Sandboxie is now freeware (soon open source)

When I test software applications from questionable origin or if I have a need to explore the dark belly of the internet, I go to Sandboxie to perform these functions in a sandbox that protects my computer from potential malware. Sandboxie has been around for years and according to the article at gHacks (see source link below), it is now completely FREE. Sandboxie, a sandbox program for Microsoft’s Windows operating system, has been turned into a free application. The latest version, Sandboxie 5.31.4 was released on September 10, 2019; it is the first version of Sandboxie that is available as freeware.
